Key Terms and Conditions

  • Promotion runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. 
  • Open to active Australian Ingram Micro reseller/business customers with a current account and in good commercial standing. 
  • To qualify, participants must purchase a minimum of 100 eligible Windows 11 Pro devices during the promotional period. 
  • Winners will be determined based on the highest year-on-year net unit growth achieved between 1 July 2026 and 31 December 2026, compared with the corresponding period in 2025. 
  • Two (2) overall winners will be selected based on the highest year-on-year net unit growth across all Eligible Products. 
  • An additional seven (7) winners will be selected within OEM categories: 
    • Dell (2 winners)
    • HP (2 winners)
    • Lenovo (2 winners)
    • Microsoft Surface (1 winner)
  • Total winners: nine (9). 
  • A participant may receive only one prize under the Promotion. 
  • Progress and rankings may be available through the Ingram Micro Xvantage leaderboard. 
  • Eligible Products include: 
    • Microsoft Windows 11 Pro devices
    • Microsoft Windows 11 Pro AI PCs
    • Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Copilot+ PCs
  • Excluded from eligibility: 
    • Cancelled orders
    • Returned products
    • Credited transactions
    • Education (Academic) models
  • In the event of a tie, winners will be determined based on the highest number of net eligible units purchased during the Promotion Period. 
  • The incentive trip is for the winner (or nominated individual) only. Additional guests are generally not permitted unless approved by Ingram Micro. 
  • Travel rewards may be modified, substituted, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances outside Ingram Micro's reasonable control. 
  • Any applicable FBT liability is the responsibility of the recipient and/or their employer. 
  • Final winners will be verified by Ingram Micro and announced by 29 January 2027. 
  • Winners must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited.
