A total of 9 winners will be determined based the highest year-on-year net unit growth of Eligible Products purchased directly from Ingram Micro by the Participant and achieved during the Promotional Period as compared to the Baseline Period set out below:

Growth measurement will be calculated using:

• Baseline Period: 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025
• Measurement Period: 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026

Two (2) winners will be selected by Ingram Micro based on the highest year-on-year net unit growth across all Eligible Products using the above calculations.

An additional seven (7) winners will be selected by ranking Participants with the highest year-on year net unit growth using the above calculations in respect of Eligible Products purchased directly from Ingram Micro through the following OEM Devices only (with corresponding number of winner(s) per OEM Device set out below):

• Dell (2 winners)
• HP (2 winners)
• Lenovo (2 winners)
• Microsoft Surface (1 winner)

Final results and qualifying winners will be announced by 29 January 2027.
