TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion dates: 1st January 2025 – 31st January 2026
  2. Only invoiced orders and activities undertaken between 1st January 2025 – 31st January 2026 qualify towards points total.
  3. Resellers must register to be part of the campaign on the dedicated campaign site to be eligible for the promoted prizes.
  4. Only Ingram Micro resellers within Australia are eligible for this promotion.
  5. Gates:
    1. Gate 1: Dell Technologies Client Solutions products include Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Monitors, Accessories, or Warranties.
    2. Gate 2: Dell Technologies Storage and Server Solutions products include Data Protection, Data Storage PowerStore, Unity XT, VxRail, DataDomain, PowerMax, PowerScale, Powervault and PowerFlex, PowerEdge servers and Networking and HyperConverged Infrastructure products. Excludes EMC maintenance renewals
    3. Gate 3: Dell Technologies All Lines Of Business products include: storage infrastructure solutions (namely, Data Protection, Data Storage (PowerStore, Unity XT, VxRail, DataDomain, PowerMax, PowerScale, Powervault and PowerFlex), HyperConverged Infrastructure product. Excluding EMC maintenance renewals), infrastructure solutions (namely, PowerEdge servers and Networking product) and end user client solutions (namely, Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Monitors, Accessories, or Warranties product).
  6. Ingram Micro will not enter any discussions regarding the rightful recipient of any prizes of these promotions.
  7. Reseller account must be current with no disputes at the conclusion of this promotion.
  8. By registering, you authorise Ingram Micro and Dell Technologies to contact you regarding this promotion and any future promotions.
  9. Points are calculated by an Ingram Micro representative and details of points accrued and calculations will not be made public or shared with any third-party.
  10. Ingram Micro makes no warranty as to the availability of any travel, means of travel, accommodation associated with or part of this promotion (“Event”), or any other part of any prize and/or award (“Prize”), nor will Ingram Micro be liable to any person or body for any loss and/or damage suffered arising from or out of the lack of availability and/or inability to access and/or utilise a Prize or one or more elements of a Prize, or that an Event, or any part of an Event, will take place either in part of in whole. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:
    1. Prizes, or one or more parts of a Prize, may become unavailable or prohibited at short notice due to the COVID-19 or other pandemic and related government actions; and
    2. if the whole or any part of a Prize is, or (in the opinion of Ingram Micro) is likely to become, unavailable or prohibited due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of Ingram Micro (including, without limitation, any government order, directive and/or recommendation relating to the COVID-19 pandemic), then Ingram Micro may, at its election:
      1. cancel the Event for any or all winners; or
      2. offer a change of date only;
      3. to the extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value to the original Prize, which may include (without limitation) providing vouchers for travel or accommodation for another time or place, and/or changing the whole or any part of the trip itinerary (including any travel, accommodation, meals and activities), in which case Ingram Micro will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the destinations remain the same or as close as reasonably possible
    3. No refunds will be offered.
  11. Ingram Micro reserves the right to changes these terms and conditions or end this promotion earlier without notice.
  12. Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the reward recipient and their employer.
  13. Order amounts must be in AUD, and ex GST. Value of the Dell Technologies components on Purchase order must exceed threshold.
  14. Promotion excludes Dell Technologies Global and Titanium partners.
