Minimum Requirements

  • Photo copy of director's driver license, preferably coloured (Front & Back)
  • If business is managed by 2 or more directors we require at least 2 directors to sign the form.
  • Copy of Business Registration Certificate (extracts from ASIC website not acceptable)
  • A Letter (on Company letter head) from Director / Re-seller with signature requesting to open an account.
  • If trading as Trustee company, you must put the Corporate Trustee Name and ABN# / ACN# (must provide copy of “Record of Registration for the Business Name)”
  • If the business is trading in residential area, you need to provide 2 quarterly utility bills under applicant name.

     
 


Additional Requirements

  • Must have been trading for 12 months or more, if less we recommend a Pre Payment account to begin with.
  • At least three (3) trade references. If you have been trading with Ingram Micro in other countries, please include it as one of your trade references.




Note:

  • When applying via the account application portal, Step 7 of 13 – Directors mobile numbers are mandatory in order for DocuSign signature requests to work. All other directors details are required for verification.
  • We cannot process unsigned application forms.
